Toni comes to Academy of Washington State Ballet with a very diverse
background. She has trained in Classical, Modern, and Russian Ballet,
RAD, Tribal Dance, Salsa/Tango, and Hip Hop. She has taught,
choreographed, and performed in the greater Portland Metropolitan area
for several years, and we are excited to have her here at AWSB.
Toni’s blend of modern dance and Hip Hop offer dancers unique and
refreshing ways to express themselves. Her credits include Musical
Theater Company of Portland’s “The King and I”, Nexus Dance Company’s
Choreographer’s Showcase, and the Portland Rose Festival.
